Robert Lee Marcum is an arsonist. That is his job. He was charged with arson and spent many a night in the clink for doing nothing more than performing his job. As you can see, he got injured on the job, yet has received no Workers Compensation pay to date. That is the real injustice here. Were his clothes CSA approved? Were they flame retardant? Was the lighter he was using a faulty BIC? Were the manuals for lighting houses on fire in English and French. There are so many questions and so few answers.
