Does anyone else in the world have trucks that are hired by windshield companies, that's sole job is to drive the highways 24 hours a day, chucking rocks off of it onto unsuspecting cars and SUV's?

Because they have trucks like that in Toronto, I'm constantly being pelted by rocks coming off of trucks, and it seems like the same truck/trucks every time. Well, yesterday, rock chucking truck got me good and smashed my windshield. And it's too bad I didn't get a chance to catch up to the truck driver of the chuck mobile to thank him, cuz I would have, I would have thanked him with both fists and more than likely my foot.
