Piece of Art or Piece of Shit

If you regularly read The London Fog, you may already know about the metal trees that have recently sprouted in my foggy city. In an effort to make London a truly creative city, $200,000 was drawn from mandatory fees paid to the Downtown Business Association by downtown merchants to erect approximately 30 neon creations. Piece of art or piece of shit? If you don't own a business in downtown London, you are free to decide.
