What's for Dinner!
I love multi-cultural cooking! And I love this wonderful Celtic Feast of Beltane staple: dog soup. Dog soup you can make quickly in your pressure cooker! Now, I know those Christian influenced vegetarians and non-vegetarians out there will say, No, I do not eat dog. But I say that your right to say no is not allowed. Others feelings will be hurt if you disapprove of eating dog. So, here is a nice dog soup recipe you should try out right now for carbon credits:Have your butcher skin and gut the dog. Then, piece it up into quarters, keeping the front quarters wrapped together for the freezer. The back quarters (with the brisket attached!), go straight to the stew pot. Keep the gibblets handy for making dog giblet tea.
Pitch in some onions, celery, and a half cup of kibble. Blast at Max in the Pressure Cooker until the emergency vent whistles. Let cool. Separate the stock from the pre-compost using a collander.
Add what you like to the stock. That makes you your tasty dog soup. Mmmmmm.
