Mitchieville's Mugshot Of The Week

Typically, I award Mugshot of the Week based on the picture of the mugshot person in question and not on the story of what got them to be Mugshot Dolt of the Week. Well, based on this guys story, I had to change the parameters around this week:

PALM BAY, Fla. -- A Central Florida man is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of several young girls while riding his motorcycle on a busy road.

Police in Palm Bay said a homeowner noticed Ronald Truex, 39, riding his motorcycle on Nolan Street near his 7-year-old daughter and another 9-year-old girl.

The father said after Truex exposed him and masturbated on his motorcycle, he wrote down the vehicle's tag number and then followed it to 460 Plant Avenue -- Truex's home.

The father waited at the home until police arrived and identified Truex as the man who allegedly exposed himself in public, police said.

After an investigation, officers arrested Truex on a charge of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 16 years old.

My God man, don't you know what you did is in direct violation of the Highway Safety Act?

The wording of this article has me a little confused. I get the part about buddy being a jerk-off wizard, but the line "...and masturbated on his motorcycle" can be taken two ways. Either this fella was playing with himself while riding his motorcycle, or, he literally gooed on his motorcycle. Perhaps he did both, who really knows at this point.
