Dining in Darkness
Sometimes, you have to eat alone. Sometimes you eat in darkness. I work in darkness, so catching a stealthy bite, like a night orc finding a birds nest, is a common thing for me.
Tonight, in darkness I ate cold from the tin a can of pink salmon. I spiced it up by dipping chunks of flesh (I eat with my hands, like a wolf uses its paws to hold down a trappers leg when he is gnawing on the knee cap) dipped into survivalist bean sauce. For carbohydrates and to ward off the scurvy, a tin of peach slices. Mmmmm.
All the guts, the oily tins and garbage, get pitched into a local park or gutter, to encourage vermin.
That is Dining in Darkness.
