Another Milestone

Some time tomorrow, Mitchieville will have welcomed it's 100,000 visitor. While most sites get that many hits in half an hour, we're all about quality here in Mitchieville, quantity can take a long hard suck on my ass.

There will be no extravagant celebration, there will be no parades, no balloons, no hookers or fire trucks, just a simple reflection on where we have come in the last year and a half.

On behalf of Fenris and myself, we would like to thank everyone for showing up day in and day out to read our award-winning posts. Fenris and I were having lunch yesterday, and he said to me, "Mitchievillians are the greatest people to ever walk the face of the earth". I said to Fenris, "Are you sure the Hittites weren't the greatest people ever to walk the face of the earth?" And he said, "fuck the Hittites, fuck them in their stupid Hittite asses". So there you have it, you people are greater than the Hittites.

Anyway, 100,000 hits, and it feels great to be a squishy, bleeding mollusk in the TTLB Ecosystem.
