Allawi Cautions Shiites on Baath ban

(AP) - Iraq's interim prime minister cautioned the winning Shiite alliance against banning members of Saddam Hussein's former party from government, saying Thursday that it would "throw the country into problems."

This is breaking news on Google, and look at the title they give it. Does it not look like to you that Allawi is cautioning people not to shit in their bath? Are the Iraqis so horribly disgusting that the government has to caution them against shitting in their baths? I pee in the shower sometimes, but shitting in my bath is unconscionable.
