Survivor Mitchieville

Hello, I'm Geoff Probes, your host of Survivor Mitchieville.

The Mayor had an idea a few weeks ago about hosting his own Survivor, but with a few twists. The Mayor and Fenris sent out an invitation to a list of some of the most powerful members of The Mayor's cabinet, with the intention of having them show up and be part of this great event. Not one showed up. So, The Mayor and Fenris utilized *Option B* to get the contestants to the island: Ether and a rag.

That seemed to work wonders, they all made it. Folks, let me introduce to you the four men and four womyn that make up Mitchieville Survivor. From the men's side: DBS-The Digital Brownshirt, Two Dogs from Liberal Mash, Bruce from Autonomous Source, and Dave in Texas. And on the womyn's side: Linds from Glamazon, Alice the Camel, Carin from Is This Blog On and Samantha Burns.

The contestants arrived on Sirnef Island late last night and spent a night in the viper pit, one of the many places the contestants may find themselves if they are on the losing end of one of the Immunity Challenges, a regular challenge, a *Mission test*, or even if Fenris or The Mayor decide that they are acting just a little too cocky for their own good.

The contestants have been split into two camps: men and womyn. We asked both camps to pick out a name and meet us at the concentration walls for a swearing in ceremony. The men chose the name *Scavengers* while the womyn chose the name *Scared for Our Lives*. Hahaha, and with good reason, I may add.

After swearing their lives to Set, the Snake God, both teams were sent on their way to make base camp. The Scavengers on the north side of the island, the womyn on the south side.

We'll check back on the camps tomorrow and see how they're doing. We'll also have our first *Mission* test tomorrow and an elimination. This is exciting!
