Kathy Griffin--Too Funny By Half
Kathy Griffin won a creative arts Emmy last weekend for her reality show, but the producers of the prime time Emmys, which take place next week, are censoring her speech for these remarks she made:In her speech, Griffin said that "a lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus."Wow, how original, that is soooooooo funny. Imagine, going into the belly of Christianity--Hollywood-and making jokes about Jesus. She is so totally daring, what a pioneer.
She went on to hold up her Emmy, make an off-color remark about Christ and proclaim, "This award is my god now!"
After those outrageously craaaaaazy remarks, she's sure be a household word, like the words shit, douchebag and loser.
Kathy Griffin--nearly forty years of amazing humour that no one quite gets
Thanks to my Minister of the Environment for sending this to me
