Moslem Journalist Thinks Canada is A Racist Shithole

Speaking from Australia, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, voiced his concern yesterday at the Elections Canada decision to let Moslem women wear their face-obscuring veil while casting a vote. Moslem convert and British journalist, Yvonne Ridley, had this to say about Harper's comment:

"I see it as a feminist issue," Ridley said. "I am outraged that there is an attempt to stop women from having a vote -- even if it's a tiny minority."

Ridley, a Muslim woman who wears a head scarf, said the calls to prevent veiled Muslim women from voting are racist.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it could happen, but when did Islam become a race? I mean, Christianity isn't a race, Hinduism isn't a race, and I'm pretty sure Islam isn't a race either. I'm curious that a western born journalist didn't know that.

What has happened to this once great nation? Why are we even entertaining these completely ridiculous notions like letting people with masks vote?

How do we know who's actually voting if we can't see their face? If a person can't come to terms with the way we do things in Canada, then fuck them. Don't vote. You either play by our rules or you sit out. I'm completely fed up with this pandering and catering to people who have no respect for our values and customs.

We as Canadians bend over backwards to help those from different cultures, we go out of our way to make people feel secure. But the time has come to put our foot down. When people demand from us that we let them vote, even though they are wearing a veil, we have to say no. And then when they ask louder, we say no louder. Then when they scream to let them wear a veil, we say ,"HEY, fuck off, we've told you twice already, NO FUCKING VEILS". Case closed.

This is Canada, there is one law for everybody. If you don't like it, don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

This is a no brainer. You want to vote? Remove the mask.
