Lightning raids by elite police storm troopers clad in black leather fetish arrestingly styled by local talent Enza the Drag Queen, these scary thugs with lengthy records of human rights abuses struck fear into the hard done by and under funded Jamaican multi-sub-cultural villages across the Village-City of Caring Toronto.
