I don't have information on this perp, but if I was to guess, I'd say he got arrested for impersonating Fryer Tuck. I know what you're saying, that isn't a crime. Well, maybe that isn't a crime to you bigwigs in New York or California, but in places like Boise, Idaho and Erin, Ontario, impersonating Fryer Tuck will get you some serious time in the slammer.

I'm not sure what Fryer did, but is it really a crime to steal from the rich and give to the poor? Oh right, I suppose it is, that's stealing. Unless you're a socialist, then it's called *assistance*.
