Convicted Murderer, Murray Allan Gartton, Receives $2500 For Injured Thumb
Murray Allan Gartton, a product of Canada's just justice system, has been awarded $2,500.00 in damages, after claiming that his feelings were hurt by prison guards after they laughed at him because he cut his thumb in a tech accident in jail. Murray, a convicted murderer and rapist, had this to say about his hurt thumb and the emotional distress the mocking laughter had on him:"The laughter was so loud that it could be heard over the din of the industrial machines and the dust collection system," Chilton said. The instructor joked about the injury for months, he said. Here's a little background info on this vermin:
"The self-respect of [Chilton] and inherent dignity of [Chilton] as a person suffered greatly due to the laughter," he said.
On a freezing night in January, 1977, Chilton picked up a young woman who was hitchhiking in Winnipeg.Notice the time lines here--He gets 14 years in 1977 and only serves 9. A year after he's out, he rapes, murders, and sets ablaze a 15 year old girl. He was on mandatory supervision at the time. He should have been in jail. Actually, he should have been swinging from a tree in 1977, but the bleeding hearts that run this country club called Canada think otherwise. As they keep telling us, everyone can be rehabilitated. Another crime committed due to the lack of social spending, I presume.
After holding her in his car for several hours, he stopped and asked her to kiss him. When she instead hopped out to flee, Chilton tried to run her down. He then got out of his car, forced her to the ground and raped her. He stripped her and choked her into unconsciousness and left her in an isolated, icy field.
"As a result of your actions, the victim suffered severe frostbite, required skin grafts and spent three months in the hospital recuperating," the National Parole Board said of Chilton when he was denied parole in 2006.
He was released from Saskatchewan Penitentiary on mandatory supervision in 1987 after serving nine years of his 14-year sentence for that crime and moved to Kitchener where he befriended a divorced mother of two.
Shortly after Chilton moved in with the woman, he raped her 15-year-old daughter in the basement of their townhouse while her family slept upstairs.
He admitted in a Kitchener court in 1990 that he attacked Heather Corey while she was doing laundry.
He stripped her and raped her on a basement couch and then smothered her to death.
Chilton poured gasoline over her body and set it ablaze.
I'm fed up, when is the revolution going to get here. Lock and load.
