Actually, I'm wrong, this isn't Fabio, it's one Dennis Volpicelli. I'm not entirely sure why he has been arrested, but maybe in the state of New York mullets are illegal. I suppose that would be upstate New York. No matter, this guy and his hair are dangerous, you should avoid him at all costs.
