Another week, another mugshot with no story to back up the picture. I suppose that doesn't matter any more, the picture is what matters. Right? Right.

Since I'm not sure what this culprit did to get himself on the wrong side of the law, I'll just have to guess. To be fair though, this one seems to be a slam dunk. I'm pretty sure the perp in question got a little too carried away when he decided to rock and roll all night, and party every day.

I'm not even sure that's a crime, but his taste in music combined with his amateurish make-up application skills should be.
