Thursday Thoughts
Do not be discouraged, Happy Workers, that the work week is drawing to a close.
Put a smile on your face! Every hour you work, your pay more taxes so that others can have access to your money to agitate for more of your money to talk about social problems. Think of all the happy taxspenders, spending your money. They are smiling, and they are smiling because you are working and being taxed.
Famine grips most urban centers in North America. Without your taxes, this famine would not be being addressed by studies, think tanks, and activist action activities. No posters would be posted, no press releases would flow to the press, and no bottles of gin would be presented to savvy media truthspeakers without your money. And to hand over more of your money, you need to work more, and support more taxes, and more taxes more often!
Obesity, and its evil heteronormative cousin, Diabetes, is ravaging our most vulnerable communities. Children, bloated with famine, their hearts constricted with fat, look to you for your tax money to support the inadequate wage package of our Foodbank industry worker-activists. Our faithful Foodbank activists are doing their best to fight this scourge with the proven method of more handouts, more demands for more funding, and demanding that more foodbank workers be hired to make more handouts and more demands.
Soon, sadly, Happy Worker, you will be headed home on public transit. As you watch gangbangers zoom by in late model luxury cars, as you avoid sloshing puddles of urine left by Baby Mommas and their rush hour caravan of screaming, fece reaking next-generation Baby Momma and Gangsta in taxpayer supplied clothes and carridge, say to yourself, I did some good today: I worked so that others can spend my money.
Say to yourself, I am a Happy Worker! I love my Job! I love to pay taxes!
