MindTrap Friday

We had quite a few new players grace the pages of Mitchieville last Friday, and this gave The Mayor a sense of happiness and glee. I was very gleeful, I was full of glee. I suppose you could say that I had glee dripping out of me by the buckets.

Does that mean that there were quite a few new Smarty-panted Mindtrap Friday winners then? Well, that's what I'm here for, to tell you if there was, or possibly wasn't. I can tell you this though: I am full of glee.

CanuckJack, Marginalized ACTION Dinosaur, Rob Huck (good to have you back, Rob), Mungman and Jad were all winners.

That's right, there were a total of five participants that guessed:

1) .05 and 1.05

2) it will go through the water much quicker at 40 degrees as as 20 it will be frozen,

3) 3 kilos

I will have to have a renovator come to City Hall and extend the Wall of Fame to accommodate all these MindTrap Smarty-Panted Winners of the Week. That's okay though, it's only tax money.

Congratulations, you have made me proud. And when all is said and done, isn't that what life is all about, making me proud? Yes, it sure is.

Here are this weeks questions:

1) A tree doubled in height each year until it reached its maximum height over the course of ten years. How many years did it take the tree to reach half its maximum height?

2)Sid Shady escaped from jail and headed to the country. While walking along a rural road, he saw a police car speeding towards him. Shady ran towards it fora short time and then fled into the woods. Why did he run toward the car?

3) While working out with weights, Ari Gant had his personal trainer put a 25 pound weight on each end of the bar, a 10 pound weight on each end, and then three 2 pound weights on each end. Ari then took over and lifted the bar above his head. How much did Ari lift all together?

Those are not easy questions, it will take a big man/woman/sheman to answer those questions correctly. But I have faith in you, I know you can do it.
