Shoe-be-shoe-be-do
I wrote a post about a month back called "It's all about the shoes" . In that post I came out and told my loyal readership that I was developing a crush on a very cute little blogger from B.C., her name is Linds. For those of you that don't remember that post, I explained how much I digged her, in no uncertain terms.
I just heard from Linds yesterday for the first time since I wrote that post.
It turns out that Linds went out to Texas for a few weeks to help the Southern Texans rebuild their cities after the devastating Tsunami destroyed much of their state last month. It wasn't in the news much, I wouldn't even bother googling it if I were you. The point is Linds is back and we've sorted the whole thing out.
She never even saw the post, so I it emailed it to her. She sent me a wonderful email back, I was very happy to see it. I'll read you certain portions of Linds email so you can get the idea of what it was all about.
Linds was very excited that I made her Minister of the Arts, and I was glad to bestow it upon her. The way I look at it is that it's the whole "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch your front" deal...wink wink. I'm sure Linds and I will have to get together at some point and have a celebratory drink, I'll have to give her a "welcome aboard" party, if you will. That should be fun, and I certainly look forward to it.
Have you been over to Glamazon Shoe Diaries yet? No? What in God's name are you waiting for? If you're nor clicking the button by the time I finish typing this sentence it makes you a lazy bastard. Unbelievable, you're still here.
