Bill Cosby is on fire
Get out the extinguisher, because Bill Cosby is on fucking fire. A while back, Cosby was a guest speaker at the 50th anniversary of Brown VS. Board of Education, that paved the way for integrated schools. Instead of taking victim status for blacks, Cosby came up with this instead.
Bill, I believe that's spelled "fonics", but I digress, here's more....
Hey Hey Hey.....Remember the character in Fat Albert who use to wear his shirt up to his nose?. Do you remember how he talked?. It went something like this, "Heybe manbe, how are yoube doing Fat a Albert". Kind of ironic now that I think about it.
Wow, whatever they're putting in his Jello pudding pops, get me some of that shit. It doesn't end there though. Later he goes on Paula Zahns(gag)show and has a few more choice Cosby-esque quotes.
And while you're straightening things out, straighten up your pants for God's sake.
Cosby is dead on right though. You can't be a victim forever, one day you have to pull those pants up past your knees, and stop blaming everyone for your behavior. Playing the victim might satisfy your hunger to not rationalize your own life properly, but in the real world, it won't get you far.
Cosby gets it, let's hope that Jesse Jackson, Kwame Mfume, Al Sharpton, and the rest of the paid race baiters come to a similar realization one day too.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal. These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids $500 sneakers for what? And won't spend $200 for 'Hooked on Phonics.'

He added: "They're standing on the corner and they can't speak English. I can't even talk the way these people talk: 'Why you ain't,' 'Where you is' ... And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk. And then I heard the father talk. ... Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. ... You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth!"

The Post said Cosby also targeted imprisoned blacks.
"These are not political criminals," he said. "These are people going around stealing Coca-Cola. People getting shot in the back of the head over a piece of pound cake and then we run out and we are outraged, [saying] 'The cops shouldn't have shot him.' What the hell was he doing with the pound cake in his hand?"

"This is about little children...people not giving them better choices," he told Paula Zahn in an interview for CNN's "Paula Zahn Now." "Talking. Talking. Parenting. Correctly parenting. That's what it's about. And you can't blame other things. You got to -- you got to straighten up your house. Straighten up your apartment. Straighten up your child."
