Grammy Packs A Punch

An 81 year old Greensboro woman was arrested yesterday after assaulting a police officer:

Greensboro police were investigating an assault at 2700 Buchanan Road about 7 p.m. when Mildred Richardson Morris, of the same address, allegedly assaulted officer Sheila A. Lennox-Spaulding by punching her twice in the face, according to arrest warrants.

Warrants state Morris was "extremely intoxicated, unsteady on her feet and was engaging with neighbors aggressively."

And yet this woman looks so passive and mellow. Maybe gramma was on her *funny pills* or something, because I can hardly imagine that someone so peaceful looking is capable of assault.
