Have You Seen This Man?

Police have released a sketch of a rapist that's on the loose in Newberg:

Police say a man attacked a 19-year-old girl last week on S. Everest Road just outside of an apartment complex. The victim had just parked her car when the man walked toward her and pushed her back into her car before sexually assaulting her.

I'm not a detective, but if I was to look for a sewer creature, the first place I'd look is a sewer.

As for the *sketch artist*? I'm going to take a guess that this fella is either a crack addict or draws with a crayon hanging out of his maw. That looks like a picture that I got an F on in my grade 1 art class.

What exactly is that on the perps head, bullet holes?
