The Mayor's Linkie Love
I saw the first robin of the spring this morning, so, in my mind, spring is officially here.I looked up in the pear tree this morning and the little robin looked at me and jumped a little closer. Then another robin landed smack dab beside the first one and they seemed to kiss. It was really a site to behold. Two robins side by side, looking at me and chirping away.
In a way, when I was roasting the two robins up for breakfast, I felt slightly guilty. Usually when I feel guilty I lose my appetite. But not this morning, I was famished and the birds tasted great.
I also heard that they are low on carbs, so that's a bonus.
Real Men Wear Kilts. It's true, and now there is a website dedicated to kilts and men and men and kilts. But no haggis, just kilts and men.
I'm not a big fan of mascots at sporting events, or mascots at non-sporting events. But when they get hurt, I thank any God but the Christian God that the world if full of mascots.
If this was an actual Hannah Montana concert, I'd proudly display a concert shirt bearing her image. As it stands, I don't do out in public wearing my Hannah Montana shirt very much.

From the website----->The Tiger Temple, or Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua is Theravada Buddhist forest temple, in Thailand. It has been a sanctuary for many endangered animals for quite some time now, including several tigers. It was founded in 1994 as a forest monastery, where animals could find sanctuary and in 1999 they received their first tiger cub, which died soon after. But they kept receiving tiger cubs from the villagers who probably encountered them wondering through the forest after their mothers were killed by poachers.
My friends told me that Tibet seems to be in the news a lot recently. I Googled the word *Tibet*, but there were zero returns. That's why I'm thinking that 12 Essential Rules to Live More like a Zen Monk is going to be a bust.
From the website----->When it comes to the Google search box, you already know the tricks: finding exact phrases matches using quotes like "so say we all" or searching a single site using site:lifehacker.com gmail. But there are many more oblique, clever, and lesser-known search recipes and operators that work from that unassuming little input box. Dozens of Google search guides detail the tips you already know, but today we're skipping the obvious and highlighting our favorite obscure Google web search tricks.
I'm not exactly sure how to describe this next site, but I would have to say that the best description comes from just one singular word: neat.
The last relatively unexplored place on earth, the Antarctica, is not much more than a barren wasteland, not unsimilar to Rosie O'Donnel's massive womb. Or is the Antarctica really a barren wasteland like I just described? Yes, yes it is, I just told you that. However, everything you have ever wondered about the Antarctica is now at you fingertips. So clickity click your mouse and learn some interesting crap.
I've seen something similar to this before, but had forgotten all about it. Do you know how they get so many Japanese citizens on its trains during rush hour? You'll love this, I guarantee it.
I'm still a tad bit hungry, I wonder if there is any gopher left in the freezer?
