Androscoggin County Sheriff's Office are seeking the apprehension of Robert Morin, who is being sought on a warrant charging him with domestic assault. This mugshot is from a previous arrest, I'm not sure what he was arrested for. Although, I'm pretty confident he wasn't arrested for stealing beauty products.

It's pretty amazing how close the name of the perp can be relative to their mugshot. This man's last name is Morin, which is close to moron, which, when viewing the picture, is pretty close to how the average person views this guy. The only thing closer would be if his last name was Uglyfuckingdouche. But not too many people have a European sounding name like that, so he'll have to stick with being a moron.
