Shopping In Erie Pennsylvania With The Mayor

TLDG and I just returned from a very successful shopping getaway to Erie, Pennsylvania. Oh the fun we had. Hahaha. Yup, good times. Usually we go to Buffalo for our shopping sprees, but this time we decided to go a little further down the 190.
There are quite a few differences between NY shopping and Pennsylvania shopping, the main difference is that Penn has no tax on clothes. Ya.
We stayed at the Travelodge just outside the shopping district of Erie. Our room cost $40. A room in Erie was upwards of $80. Considering that we were a 7 minute drive from all the stores, it was well worth it. And, the beds at the Travelodge are nice and firm, this made sex even more enjoyable.

We spent a grand total of $640 on what you see above. We came home and worked out that if we had bought this crap in Ontario, with tax, it would have been close to $1300.00.
How did we save so much? How did we get name-brand clothing at a sliver of the cost that you, a regular consumer Joe would have paid? What did I do to TLDG's body when we weren't shopping? All good questions, let's get right into it...
We saved so much because we went down with a list in hand of what we needed, we knew the costs involved from an Ontario standpoint, and we didn't buy stuff that wasn't on the list (except for the Rapper Chips, see post below).
We got name-brand clothing at a sliver of the cost because we didn't mall shop. We went to the outskirts of town and found those discount stores that sell name-brands, but aren't located in the high-rent district that is close to any mall. For instance, I picked up two Pierre Cardin dress shirts for $7 each. In Canada, that purchase would have cost me closer to $80. Cha-ching.
Finally, what I did to TLDG's body when I wasn't shopping is between me and the Lord. However, I know you have a tendency to live vicariously through me, so let's just say what I did to TLDG's body is pretty much illegal in about 45 American States and in every Islamic country. However, it's legal in Manitoba, yet it doesn't involve three midgets, a stepladder and a thick rope. I think you know what I mean now.

This is another angle of the massive consumerist tsunami we put on the stores of Erie Pennsylvania. Other than the clothes, can you guess ten things that are in the picture? It's a shoppers Where's Waldo game.
Lastly, beer is dirt cheap in the States. Sure, you have to drink about 200 to get a buzz, but none-the-less, it's cheap. Ya, I'm pretty loaded.
