It seems like only yesterday that Mary Kate and Ashley were starting out their careers as child stars on the TV series full house. Now they are celebrating their 21st birthday. At what age does one start to be eccentric. I always thought that eccentric people just appeared once they became old or that they only became eccentric once they got old, but Mary-Kate and Ashley have helped to clear up this question that has plagued many for years. You see clearly eccentric people start very young, just like Mary-Kate and Ashley who in 40 years will be known as the scary twins who live in the run down house on the corner, have 30 cats and always wear black. Frightened little children will dare each other to run up to their creaky old porch and ring the doorbell.
